Katrina Meredith, AMFT

Katrina Meredith is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT#158307).

She is supervised under Dr. Kyle Glover (PSY34924).

Katrina earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at SDSU and her Master’s degree from Brandman University.

Before working at Oceanside Mental Health, Katrina gained clinical experience at Veterans Village of San Diego, treating unhoused veterans and their families. She recently returned to San Diego from New Jersey where she practiced as an Intensive In Community therapist, providing in-home therapeutic services to children and adolescents experiencing significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

Katrina’s career in mental health is a second career. Prior to becoming an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, she worked in the nonprofit sector as a Program Director. Her previous experience strengthened her passion for supporting individuals and families navigating complex life circumstances, and she has a particular interest in working with justice-involved clients. Katrina is also committed to giving back to her community and enjoys volunteering with Interfaith Community Services.

In her free time, Katrina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. When she’s not working, you can often find her traveling, exploring new places, or spending the day at an amusement park with family and friends.
