Michelle Powers, LMFT

Michelle Powers, LMFT has over 18 years experience in the field of psychotherapy, trauma & addiction recovery. She has worked in co-ccurring treatment settings throughout San Diego & Orange County: Residential, PHP/IOP/Outpatient. She also maintains a small private teletherapy practice. Michelle is a retired DoD Civilian employee from Camp Pendleton where she completed work with Marines and their families in recovery from PTSD and DV relationships. Michelle has done volunteer work with military veterans & has completed several years of volunteer work at local LGBTQ centers. She’s trained in EMDR therapy & harm reduction for addiction. Her hobbies include travel, swimming, raising chickens, and being a new grandmother.
