Taylor Hitchcock, AMFT
Primary Therapist
Taylor (AMFT #160358), supervised by Dr. DeAnna Crosby (License #127645), is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes deeply in the capacity for people to create meaningful change in their lives. Taylor gained clinical experience working at Sharp Mesa Vista in their Dual Diagnosis program, supporting individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. She takes a systems perspective in her work, recognizing that relationships, environments, life experiences, and larger systems all influence how individuals understand themselves and navigate the world.
Taylor integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment Theory into her therapeutic approach. She strives to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can develop greater self-awareness, build practical coping skills, strengthen their relationships, and move toward lives that feel more authentic and meaningful.
At the heart of Taylor’s work is the belief that people are capable of growth and change, even when longstanding patterns or difficult circumstances can make change feel challenging. She views therapy as an opportunity to better understand oneself, recognize existing strengths, and create new possibilities for how one relates to themselves, others, and the world around them.
